AGREEMENT AS FOLLOWS: The seller will, at his cost, have a Boat Survey performed by Outlaw Marine LLC before listing the vessel for sale. The price of the Boat Survey will be $99, due and payable at the time of service. For assisting in a sale for the below-listed vessel, the Seller/Sellers agree to pay a commission fee of $500 plus 5% of the gross sale. The owner agrees that all maintenance and storage fees will be paid by the seller. Outlaw Marine LLC will be available to show the vessel and assist in handling the paperwork transfer. Commission will be due regardless of whom procures a sale of the said vessel. I/We agree to pay a monthly storage fee of $64.99 (plus applicable taxes) to Commence on this day and due on the first day of each consecutive month during the term of this contract. I/We agree to pay a general cleaning fee of $2.00 per foot each time the boat is cleaned. Complete Detailing Service is not included but is available upon request .

Seller will provide insurance coverage to protect against any loss by fire, theft, or other damages during this agreement even though the vessel may be stored at Outlaw Marine LLC facilities and agrees that Outlaw Marine LLC shall in no instance be liable for any loss or damage to Seller's vessel. It is further understood by both parties that in the event of theft, damage, or vandalism to the vessel or its contents. Seller relinquishes and waives any right to recovery which seller may have against Outlaw Marine LLC including but not limited to all claims for negligence and/or breach of contract. Early Termination Clause: This agreement may be canceled for a fee of $100/per month from the date of listing, as well as storage charges due. TEST DRIVE AGREEMENT: This is an agreement between Outlaw Marine LLC , to test drive the customers vessel. Outlaw Marine LLC agrees to use all due diligence and protection to the best of their ability to assure the safe return, and event free experience of a test drive, with or without the owner present. It is, without exception, understood that Outlaw Marine LLC holds no liability for this test drive to include, but not limited to, transportation to and from the water, the actual water test of the described vessel, trailer and/or motor or any part thereof before, during or after the test is complicated. Customer warrants that they are fully responsible for any damage that could be wholly or partially associated with this test drive. The cost of this service is $155 .
